Angel Paws is a sweet girl that loves other dogs and people including kids of all ages. Her favorite thing is to be outside and go on a long walk. She is working on her loose leash walking as she usually has her nose to the ground tracking the movements of bunnies and other animals. Angel is an escape artist with fences so she should be tied out on a long lead and should never be left unattended in a fenced in area. She can occasionally be a bit sneaky and take food off the counter. She also like to collect all the toys in her bed. Angel is amazing with kids and loves to run and play with them. (She also likes to try and take their food). She is easily crated and doesn’t bark or have accidents when in the crate. We usually give her a big treat like a frozen kong full of peanut butter when she goes in the crate for an extended period of time. Angel is also house trained if taken out regularly when you're home. At times she hangs out by the door to let you know she needs to go outside. Angel is one of the calmest and most adaptable dogs. She can be a little timid at first in a new situation but warms up quickly. Most all she loves to curl up in her bed, on the couch or in her chair and take a good nap. She can't wait to find her furever home!  Age: 3.5 years Weight: 41 lbs. Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line. Claire is a 3 year old snuggly scruffy! She is almost fully house trained, is crate trained, plays well with other dogs and loves to cuddle with her humans!   Claire has been with 5 other dogs since being in foster and is very submissive and friendly with them. She growls when she spots a dog in the distance when out for a walk, but wags her tail and greets them nicely up close. She does growl if a dog comes near her food, so she is fed separately from them. She needs to continue positive praise for house training as she will have the odd accident if she goes too long without going outside. She walks well on the leash. Claire can be timid with new people coming into the house, and often growls at them to begin with. Once she warms up, she loves to get her belly rubbed! She likes older children, but is scared of young kids because they can be noisy and unpredictable. She sleeps in her crate during the day when her people are out, and is silent 24/7. She will happily sleep in her crate at night and does not have accidents inside it. Claire will make a wonderful companion for a really lucky family! Age: 3 yrs Weight: 8 lbs. Clone Trooper is a special boy that loves walks and being a part of a family. He isn’t too sure about cuddling but he loves to be on a soft dog bed in the same room as his family. He was recently diagnosed with Cushings and hypothyroidism and had chronic ear infections which have left him deaf. All of these conditions will have to be monitored. He is looking for a family that will embrace all of his special quirks and love him all the more. His perfect home would be with someone patient with his grumbles and able to keep a close eye on his medical issues. He is not a fan of the crate, but really doesn't need to be in one. He would not do well in a home with young kids because of his deafness, he could be startled if touched before seeing them. He does like the company of other dogs and has done well at daycare. He does not like cats and will bark and try to chase them. He loves to go for walks and is good meeting other dogs on the leash. Trooper needs a calm home to call his own, and will make a great companion for a patient family!  Age: 10 yrs Weight: 20 lbs. Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. Dylan is full of energy and spunk! She is happiest when she is at home chewing on her toys and snuggling in your lap. She will make someone forever happy! Dylan is very mouthy so small kids will need to be supervised until she gets past this phase. She would LOVE having other dogs around. They give her confidence when her fear peeks through. She is having some trouble with being afraid outside so she out of the city is going to be best for her. She is not good in a crate if you are home. She has slept outside of a crate since almost day one. She sleeps through the night in my bed without an accident ever, and she lets you sleep as long as you want. I have to drag her out of bed in the morning. When I am out or at work/school she is crated and does great. And she always eats meals in it.She is still working on going completely accident free, but I would give her a 95%. She is pretty scheduled; as soon as she wakes up, right after meals, right before bed, she will go every time.Dylan is afraid of traffic noise. She will claw the pavement to get back to the house or inside wherever we are to avoid being outside. I have been trying to desensitize her to the noises, but she is still struggling with it. Eleanor is highly bonded to Emmaline. Their owner passed away and unfortunately she was not able to care for Eleanor and Emmaline as well as she wanted for some time. They came to rescue with overgrown nails and Eleanor had significant skin issues. These girls really had to rely on each other. They were terrified of new people as they were the only constants they still had. They have developed trust in people because they have had each other. Eleanor is the matriarch and tends to mother Emmaline. Eleanor has a calmer disposition and tends to ‘go with it’ more easily. She wants a lap or a chair with a soft blanket. She just wants to feel safe and secure and know she and Emmaline are going to be ok and be together.  She just wants to feel safe and secure and know she and Emmaline are going to be ok and be together. Emmaline is highly bonded to Eleanor. Emmaline is the younger and more energetic of the pair. She also tends to be more anxious and more likely to want to run from strange situations. She looks for Eleanor if she can’t see her.  Once she trusts her humans, she’ll be content with a lap or a chair with a soft blanket. Emmaline is still working on table manners. She will put her snout in a plate if she can reach and she will beg for food. Emmaline just wants to feel safe and secure and know she and Eleanor are going to be ok and be together. Emmaline loves Eleanor and is more anxious away from her. Age: 3 yrs Weight: 13 lbs. Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. Eudora (called Booger here <3) is a high energy pup. She loves to play and has unique and cute ways to occupy herself if you or your pups are too worn out to play. She will flip her dog bowl (metal one here) over and push it around the house or the semi deflated basketball we gave her. She loves tug of war and playing fetch. Has some manner that still need working on. She is motivated by food and at meal times will eat way too fast. We have to put items in her bowl to force her to eat slower. She is terrified of confined spaces and does not do well in the crate at home, but does do well crated in vehicles. In the crate at home she instantly barks and after a few minutes has a bowel movement. She does well out of the crate during the day with all doors shut and trash blocked. She sleeps with us and doesnt move all night. With her manners, a home with smaller children would not be advised due to jumping (which has gotten a lot better and her rough play). She has such a wonderful and cute personality! Shes a fantastic pup!  Age: 1 years  Weight: 33 lbs. Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line.
